Airstreams serves 12,000+ active military veterans. The cafeteria program had zero prior infrastructure: no SOPs, no vendor relationships, no compliance framework, and no trained staff. I built it from the ground up and ran it for six years, managing a $500K annual budget, digitizing operations, and reducing manual workload by 40%.
