Airstreams serves 12,000+ active military veterans. The cafeteria program had zero prior infrastructure: no SOPs, no vendor relationships, no compliance framework, and no trained staff. Role: Child and Adult Food Program Specialist

Challenge

Crystal Stairs needed to monitor newly launched childcare sites under CACFP requirements while responding to COVID-related meal access disruptions.

  • Monitored eight to nine childcare sites for CACFP documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness.
